Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States. Deliveries to some remote or non-contiguous areas may require additional transit time or may be unavailable; if this applies to your order, we will contact you.
Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging. There is no sensitive product name, category, or imagery on the outside of the package, so you can order with complete privacy.
Shipping Cost
- Standard shipping: $5.99
- Free shipping on orders over $70
Delivery Time
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances).
- Processing time: 2-4 business days
- Standard shipping time: 7-15 business days
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking details to become active. You can track your delivery online using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Late or Missing Packages
If you have not received your package 60 days after it was shipped, contact us at guysenjoy975966645@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate it and, if it cannot be delivered, we will either reship a new package or issue a full refund.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not able to redirect a package after it has shipped; packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur an additional re-shipping fee.
